There is a problem with both the merchant console and the machine, and it has been three days since the technical support order was passed and there is still no progress towards a solution.
The merchant has been shrugging off the problem, my vps is still unavailable so far, the merchant still has not replied, yesterday said within a day to solve, the day before yesterday also said within a day to solve. Apparently they are pm'r
I hope you can choose your merchant wisely as we are approaching Black Friday, this merchant is not recommended!

If the person in charge of the business is here, I hope an explanation and solution can be given as to why it has been three days and the problem is still unresolved.

If the official technicians are not enough to solve the problem, how are you going to deal with it?

    Anyway, I do understand that you might be upset due to the lack of communication, however you know that it's the weekends (+ halloween), so their support might be delayed. This is common (especially on the low end world).

    As far as I understand, the general consensus among the LESbian moderators is to err on the side of leniency (and I wouldn't prefer it any other way).

    We may not be the best janitors in the world, but while you can't really eat off the floor, I think this is still a rather nice environment to be in.

    Worst type of customer urgh!
    Give the merchant a break, more than likely busy as it's the weekend, halloween and family time. No need to bump your ticket with 'help' help helppppppp all the time - it'll just get ignored id imagine.
