Installed Prometheus+grafana and it looks amazing! and is super easy to get it up and running.

You can try Zabbix. Many companies are using it. Also, Zenoss is a good option, but it's a paid one.
I am lazy, just staying with hetrixtools
If it should be easy to setup and use you could try Centrion. The free solution should be enough for you.

can recommend icinga2, really nice setup, easy to automate, web ui does what it is supposed to.
Can be integrated with grafana and looks really nice.
also, if you dont want to setup much, checmkmk works out of the box most of the time. Automatic inventory creation, ...
Documentation isnt the best though.
It upsets me that it only runs from windows server but prtg is still the best imo

The great thing with Grafana is that you can combine multiple servers into a single graph
I'm scraping data from Netdata into Prometheus, but haven't had time to set it up on all my VPSes yet.
