The thing is, I never get the email.
I've tried resending it twice since, but nothing inbox or in spams.
The address is valid (I've used it for other offers here).

Their IP used for email is blacklisted (probably just about everywhere but most importantly to you in this case by your email provider), see the reply in the other thread https://lowendspirit.com/discussion/comment/108046#Comment_108046
Gmail works but is still marked as spam.

@Calin hope you get your new IP and install your webmail soon, not meaning to criticize but I think something like this should be operational and redundant on a normal day, even more so in a crazy season like BF-CM.
@RDX said: @Calin curious what happened to the internet speed. When I first signed up, there was stable 10M/s+, now seems very limited to around 600k/s+.
100+ other users trying to torrent the shit out of that poor box happened. what did you expect?

Hello, most probably you abuse I/O, and limited you opened a ticket and going to check
@Falzo depends of customers , but recently approx 20 users from node it s limited I/O
it's a thin line. you market towards a specific kind of users with all the no dmca stuff. do you have a tos or "rules" where you upfront tell people that they are not supposed to use your service for e.g. torrent? if not, why you'd call someone abuser, when they are probably just running some client for that?
I mean it's well known, that seedboxes and stuff are IO heavy, so this can't be abuse you are talking about, right?
Customers are asked not to use much I / O, are uni who use even 120-140 MB / s, all the power of an HDD and that is not good, but I have already found the solution to this problem to be able to allow customers to use much more I / O without so many limitations, and in maximum 2 months I hope, I'll implement this

I am sure you have, netapps are an interesting thing. maybe it's a good idea to run some double up on account credits right now to get a free loan... to speed up the funding proce... I mean, to be able to give your clients better IO faster!
I'm not going to do this with loans — I'm not a bank. For solutions we decided to host fewer clients per node with some much better servers from an energy point of view
@yoursunny said: I set qBittorrent to 5 MB/s upload and 5 MB/s download.
Are these numbers acceptable, or do I need to reduce further?
while this might be fine to have 20 users in parallel not yet saturate your gbit uplink it will hit IOps limit much earlier on that poor spinning rust. caching can only do so much about that.

I guess it may not be an bad idea to remove torrent when it's completed. At least not seedling forever
For content downloaded from pubic tracker, I deleted when I finish watching the episode or when I notice the ratio is above 2.0, whichever occurs earlier.
For content downloaded from private tracker, they can stay longer.
However, the shared IPv4 is now blocked by China, so I can't reach my college's private tracker anymore.
@matheny515 said: @Calin the node is down for more than 6 hours. Do you have any updates on this?
So the 750GB isn't on the same node as the 50GB after all?
My 50GB has public IPv4 ending in .2.
Downtime is frequent (3~5 times weekly) but short (less than 20 minutes).
I often find DNS resolution not working after each downtime, and have to restart systemd-resolved service.

good luck with your ventures anyway, one has to be brave to take on this kind of users as target audience...

Hello @matheny515 that it s strange , i m checked now all nodes and 0 downtime in last 24 hours it s possible write me on PM?
@yoursunny yes I m receive frequently DDoS attacks and take 5-6 minutes for firewall enable
@TrendyJack helo , yes it s two node , other node usage E5-2670 v2 no E5-2670

I'm pretty sure that's like one of the biggest jobs you're going to be involved in selling meme vps's 🤔
