Pls check TYOC026, there are IP conflicts from time to time. SSH client reports different fingerprints when it happens.
I think my IP was pointed to someone else's VPS. Pls check your network confirguration.

It's something conflicts, not changed permanently. Every hour or half hour, the IP confilicts with some other VPS for a few minutes,then it works again.

Adding IPv6 and doing Reconfigure Networking to my Tokyo VPS changed its SSH host key, but it seems to still be the same VPS.
