Sky is the limit . @ehab used to refer to something involving pants (rather, de-panting) but he has moved on from that phase. Maybe because winter is round the corner.

How does it work, btw? packet inspection?
Kinda, once you confirmed the domain is yours, all incoming DNS packages associated with your domain are forwarded to your VM.
The Feature is available on microLXC since a while.
The dnsProxy feature is now live.
Which means you can run your own DNS server behind NAT.
You just need to register your domain below DNSProxy on the Dashboard.
Afterwards, all DNS packages associated with your domain, will be forwarded to your VM.

quite humorous!
Maintenance announcement.
The VPS which the website runs on, needs to swap IP's.
Due to the nature of swapping ip's and dns propagation delays, this will cause some downtime.
This will be done on Friday at around 20:00 GMT this week, so you know when the website might not load.
Another maintenance announcement will follow regarding upgrading the PHP version.

Sorry wrong thread
https://microlxc.net/
Would be anyone interested in porting the DNS proxy feature to NanoKVM?
So you can run your own dns server on Port 53 if you want.

That would be interesting.

Hi @Neoon
Thanks for this update. Two quick questions:
1. Is this applicable only to NanoKVM ?
2. What DNS ports are forwarded to VM?
https://microlxc.net/
microlxc has it since a while.
53, but technically they are not forwarded, they are proxied, same as with HAProxy.
