  this is available for quite a while and I think it has been brought up somewhere already as well ;-)

  they seem to run this promo each year. you can choose between virtuozzo and kvm as virtualization option from their panel. the whole control is not too fancy but usually enough. support won't be hand holding but it's reliable and just works. german contract, cancellation period, yadda yadda.
