It makes perfect sense seeing both BuyVM and Hetzner on top. No nonsense from Hetzner, I had no issues at all using their cloud/dedicated services. Same goes for BuyVM, I've been a customer since 2010 and the only complaint I had was that I didn't have enough time to share my latest feminist blog/literature with folks on #frantech.
