Would y'all be interested in this dedicated server, and for how much?
The server would be:
Dual E5-2660 (~8.5k GB5) [UPGRADABLE]
256 GB DDR3 1600 Mhz
8x 1.2 TB SAS (~500 Power on Hours)
RAID controller: HPE Smart Array P420I 512MB
1 Gbps @ 25 TB
/29 IPv4
/64 IPv6
Located either in Bulgaria or Estonia or somewhere else (recommend a colo provider if you know one)

How Many you need to colocate?
Half or Full rack needed?
Thanks.
Whole 2 U
Here is a little bit of YABS, after i got 8x 1.2 TB SAS disks:
Yes its not a bad server but in my opinion the old HP ProLiant DL380 Gen8 is not worth it anymore.
At least the SFF you have for 2,5" disks
Now you waste alot of space (2U) when you can use at your Specs the 1U DL360p or DL360e Gen8 with 8x 2,5" as well
Its only worth it if you use the DL380 Gen8 LFF with high storage disks. Then you will find alot of people buying it for their storage needs for much much higher prices. Even if its old server. If you have enough bandwidth as well.
Now that you need only 2U space and not planning to colocate more then one, you have alot of costs compared to a Half or Full Rack with more servers while you maybe get 120-150€ for it if you dont want it to bite dust in the rack until someone pays 150€.+
And in EU you have high power pricing now. Thats the problem besides its getting old.
Its just my honest advice for you. Dont take it wrong. You asked how many this can get you. Heres the answer.
I have the HP gen8 as well between the newer models. Any of them. Blade systems like the C7000 and S6500 included. I dont invest into it more anymore. Even E5v2.
Those network results are slow as treacle as well. It'll take an eternity to fill up those disks!
Ignore the network, this server is still at my house, and that connection is a residential connection. The end plan is to find some nice place to send this server off to some DC.
It's not fully about the CPU, I'll upgrade it to something like dual E5-2697 v2, But the thing that, in my opinion, will get the people's attention is the amount of RAM. If I were to rent it out @ 150EUR p/m, then this would equate to about $0.67 per GB per month, which is hard to find, and with that CPU upgrade, only hetzner will be basically able to match that in Europe, and I could still probably rent it out for much much more
Also, looking at Geekbench (which is just an estimate AF), dual E5-2697 v2 is pretty much equal to the amount of juice in a ryzen 9 5950X (maybe like a core less) in multi-core results
$7/yr
I'll go 8$/one time fee.

Yes you can get 150€
But if I am (or any other host) is aggressive for the customer , I can do it at 75€/m or less. I can do v3/v4 with DDR4 at this at 150€ easy.
You need to think about your competition when renting this out.
It's a old gen8 server you can buy for arround 300 euro at my supplier.
It's as I said.
Mate, are you trolling rn?
Dual E5-2697 v2 is maybe half of that Ryzen if you measure the juice in ANY way.
I mean, besides literal core counting, how exactly did you compare them to come to that conclusion?
