I have some nice words for them. Althouth their introducation is quite short, they have very solid service. The control panel is custom coded by own programer team, which feels quite nice and fluent. And they support daily back of data and granular scheduled backups!

@F1do Next time change the specs by a bit (like 31GB of disk instead of 30 GB), increase the price by 2.5 times and then provide a 50% discount voucher
I guess that's what people are looking for. They do not see that the ram is already at 4GB and the 3 and 3.5 euro are very competitive prices already...
