Our router is currently located in Amsterdam pending a Cogent contract in Frankfurt.
What you're seeing there is Frankfurt -> Amsterdam -> Falkenstein.
We rent our servers from Hetzner for Frankfurt, it is a redundant setup with dual tunnels. Usually, our router is in Frankfurt with Hetzner servers in Falkenstein.
We've had this setup for 3 months now and it's never let us down, tunnelling has gained a bad reputation due to previous players in the industry, but we're confident in our infrastructure. Our only outage was due to the router provider dropping our sessions, we have since moved away from this provider due to its frequent packet loss & latency issues.

Seems Frankfurt's network is better than Kettering's
Probably going to get a plan to use for a VPN, that is a nice price. Mostly light usage, but unmetered bandwidth means not having to think about it!
