I have to be honest. I am not a fan of the name branding.
Imagine a hypothetical host named Swiss-vps that offered LA-only services.
Do you have any India located vps?
I don't know why that doesn't mean it's not working though.

When I click "Run Test" for ping, traceroute or mtr - the button activates and then.. nothing. Page is back to original. Works from my terminal in Mac though. To add to what @cybertech posted.

Its a known issue with LG on some distro's I forget the exact combination, I think it was deb9/10 when you have rate limiting enabled on LG in the config.

That's coz you might be getting this:

Which is Cloudflare IP as the LG is behind cloudflare.
@rama, disable the "orange icon" in Cloudflare dashboard for lg.desivps.com A record and that'll fix it.
Strange no one noticed it.

You need to edit 1 line in a file to make it all work, I believe it was a change in PHP syntax or something that broke it. IMO if a provider's got a broken LG then I worry for the rest of the setup.. lol
