Looking for:

EU (Germany, Poland, Netherlands preferred as low ping to whole Europe)
1 x vCPU with at least 4k geekbench CPU points (just 1 core as server can't handle multi-core)
KVM with own/provided ISO
6 GB disk
512 MB RAM
250 GB transfer @ 10Mbit is more than enough
yearly payment ~20-30 USD or monthly ~3 USD
