Recommend a monitor tool

I am thinking about a (let's say a simple) all-in-one solution for monitoring:

  • sshd login: message on login (who, ip+location ...). Everyday/-hour send report failed/successful login.
  • Performance: avg load message after x-hour. Alert on peak load and which process.
  • Other metrics but the 2 above are what I really want now.

And most important: message sending using some kind of message platform, not SMS or email. Boxcar seem nice :)

So my dudes, do you know any available name that does the job or have suggestions that can help me?

    I like that Hetrix is offering them, but I've not found/tried to integrate it with Slack yet.

    +1 for Hetrix. I’ve been very impressed with the accuracy and timeliness of their monitoring.

    It don’t be like it is until it do.
