Yeah that caching is very aggressive. It knew I visited earlier and I had to do a shift-reload for it to give me the new sharticle.

I think this was being caused by cloudflares "Browser Cache TTL" setting:
It was set to 1 day, I have changed it to 1 hour although 'respect existing headers' may be better.
