I'm looking for recommendations for a VPS in South America and the Middle East / India region.

Desired specs:
2x CPU
1024MB RAM
10GB Disk (HDD or SSD is fine)
100GB Bandwidth
1x IPv4
KVM
Price range: approx 3 euros per month

Also Singapore might offer better connectivity depending on where in India

Thanks for the feedback. I already have one in Singapore via OVH Cloud, so perhaps Middle East might be smarter than. (Background info; I'm running a couple of adblocking DNS resolvers as a hobby and am looking to expand my nodes to get low latency across the globe).
