I do not use any panel now, but I have used virtualmin for about 5 years.
I loved it, mostly because they do not mess with my custom config/settings. Other panel always try to mess my nginx/php/postfix configs. And I believe they are fairly secure just because they rely mostly on linux security tools rather than rolling their own. They run panel interface on their own mini-server, so even if I destroy production server config, admin panel still stays online. When I tried free panels, not all of them had this luxury. (fix me if I am wrong)
Be warned, last two years, they are becoming more "consumer-friendly" that translates to "more bloat with each update".
Want to give us a little more context for your personal use? It seems like you might mean: "install on a single KVM VPS to be used just by you to serve a website?"
If I am not mistaken, both virtualmin and ispconfig are open source.

Thanks for reply . I need that for my personal use
Most/all panels are overkill/bloat for my personal use ...
Virtualmin then lighter weight, less crap, no cost, or use runcloud free.

If web panel is must, I would go for virtualmin.
