WHMCS affiliate system - general overhaul.

I put this suggestion in with my angry hat on with just how horrible the current WHMCS system is, so forgive the tone of the suggestion:

If you use affiliate systems, would like to use them at any time in the future, would like discounts when buying hosting products in general or as a host would like more marketing opportunities then vote

Now later, do it now, don't just assume enough other people will take care of that, don't sit there with your hand out, just vote.

Any other hosts/peeps on different hosting related communities (yes even LET) please share this far and wide, deeper discounts for all if it goes through.

All those improvements suggested by Ant will be useful to majority of providers if not all. Billing automation systems should make the life of hosts easier but in reality I find it to be other way around even in much more expensive billing systems.
