I'm keeping an eye out for AX41-NVMe transfers ?
I have one, but I can’t bring myself to part with it ?
Hah!
Well I might just consider E3 from Hetzner’s Server Auction ?
For domain registrations, create an account at Dynadot (ref) and spend $9.99 within 48 hours to receive $5 DynaDollars! Looking for cost-effective Managed/Anycast/DDoS-Protected/Geo DNS Services? Try ClouDNS (aff).
Last night I seem to have got a working network configuration. Containers now have WAN internet access with their own IPs.
More testing is needed, but, I believe I could right now give somebody an LXC VPS of whatever size might be desired: anywhere from a normal VPS to a third or a half of everything.
I've been taking notes and making shell scripts so as to be able to wipe and then reinstall everything in just a moment.
It seems a step up from where I was a few weeks ago, using slower servers.
During the upcoming days:
test IPv6
still using Proxmox but want to try both Debian without Proxmox and Ubuntu with LXD
kvm
domain name that's not .ovh
Haha, maybe I will (not) be ready just in time for ? Black Friday! ?
Best wishes and greetings from New York City and Mexico! ?????☀️

Isn't it (ridiculously) expensive? IIRC it was something like € 50 or thereabouts - right?
Also, is this freely assignable to any dedi or is this "locked" into some Dedi like an IPv4 addon?
I really hope that at some point in the near future Hetzner will offer a paired IPv6 /64 with every additional IPv4 (paid). It seems awful that for someone as large as Hetzner, they're still so restrictive with their IPv6 allocations for dedis.
@Hetzner_OL - I hope you can pass on this feedback to the product team - to make it easier to get more /64 IPv6's.

Correct, around the 50eur mark.
I'm not sure. I know IPv4 subnets can't be moved between DCs but never had the need to move an IPv6 subnet.

I don't go over to the other forum very much, so I didn't know about this at all.
