Nice to see, I upgraded a couple of droplets already. A bit of true DO style in making such a simple thing a bit more complex than it needs to be but still a welcome improvement. DO really has been a solid provider for me, used them since March 2013 so coming up for 8 years and one minor issue in all that time.

Tried out a Ryzen based node today, encountered random VM crashes (using Proxmox on the droplet). I can only assume that this is an issue with the new droplet configuration, considering that this exact same setup works just fine on the normal droplets, as well as with other providers.
By VM crashes, I mean a VM will just randomly hang at some point, requiring
qm stop
to stop it and manually start it again.Links | Plexus | Satisfactory Server
Check out the kernel.
5.4 has weird issue with proxmox and ryzen. https://github.com/fabianishere/pve-edge-kernel

I have only seen issues with the 5.4 series. 5.10 or hasn't been much drama. Anything in the log?

I was using 5.11. The only thing that stood out was:
I ended up just recreating the server using an Intel CPU. From what I could gather from a few searches, it seems like an issue that would need to be addressed on the host node.

I didn't even know about the edge kernel repository!
Running 5.4.98-1-pve on bare metal AX101 for several days since recent dist-upgrade. No issues so far. Both LXC and KVM seem okay. FWIW.
