    I'm no expert but some providers only accept same email account for user and (verified) PayPal

    The issue was people would subscribe for a few months cancel then try and paypal dispute all previous transactions. (Not all customers obviously but the minority ruin it for everyone else).

    No /64 but I can do a bigger range if necessary. You should be able to setup a tunnel broker within your VM.
