no worries man, I wouldn't call it disappointed. I'd rather been surprised to see a sub $20 offer with ryzen and 1-2TB traffic in NL (notice how I do not write AMS here this time, trying to learn ;-)) from you so quickly after the release of that brand.
and to be fair I don't even need anything there but rather looking if and which services to cancel, because I have too many. last BF/X-Mas both @WSCallum and @gleert turned up the game quite a bit for NL with their promos, so...
but I am totally fine with you not going down that rabbit hole and keep away leechers and potential abuser or otherwise problematic clients over no margin at all. you'll only be able to deliver decent performance for the rest of your customers, if you manage to keep your nodes somewhat clean.
at some point I might jump on one of your offers or ask more specifically for something. so again, no worries, we'll get there!
