In a twist of irony it was the backup system that took out the vpsadmin, the client panel however was not down at the same time and is on a completely separate network in a separate DC and others opened tickets during the <15 minutes outage of the vpsadmin site
So this was obviously a mix of issues, we are looking to add additional redundancy mid to late May (planned before this happened)
