Not sure about InceptionHosting, but /80 usually means you have the entire IPv6 range from 2001:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:0000:0000:0000 to 2001:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:ffff:ffff:ffff and can use any IP address within that range. Go to the network tab in SolusVM then click the IP subnet and there will be an "Add IP" section to add a new IP.
