[Transfer] Greencloud 5555 UK Plan - Manchester & Coventry - 2 VPS

edited April 2022 in General

Hello All,

I am looking to transfer out the 5555 UK Plan that I got during there last sale. I moved some of my services to @mxmla provided dedicated resources hence no use for these ones at the moment.

They are paid until 23rd February 2024 and I paid $55 each / Biennially. I checked with the greenkvm these are transferable since I had a couple of transfer in the past I am only eligible for one free transfer and other will attract a $10 fee.

So, just looking to cover the costs, if someone takes both can do $100 and I eat the transfer fee. Else the second buy has to bear the transfer costs.

If taken by two different members, looking at $50 for the first one and $60 for the second one.

One is based in Coventry and another one is in Manchester.

are you an active customer at greenkvm?

  • Sent you a PM.

  • Received the payment for Coventry one from @zeli . Will be initiating the transfer shortly

  • man, at the frequency you are changing services you'll either burn through IP reputation quickly or have serious FOMO issues
why in the hell would anyone let go of these? ~4k GB5 at 27.5 per year ...

I have GreenCloudVPS in Singapore because it's the cheapest: $20/year for 1GB RAM and 30GB SSD.
The server never had a downtime since I ordered it 9 months ago, so I never opened any ticket.

  • I'm interested in it

  • Certainly tempted by Manchester location but every transfer posted you are there immediately, it does not fill me with much confidence as @Falzo points out...
    Why?

  • All PM's replied @snake I got these in February they are rock solid for the price they came in but I need more computing power based on my requirement / usage and don't want to be that noisy neighbour who spoils fun for everyone hence moved over to VDS model and recently was able to grab a dedi with @Ian_Dot_Tech which should be serving majority of the resource hungry projects without impacting other users performance which is quite not feasible in a shared environment, hence transferring this out...

I still have a sg based vps with them that I am using for the PBX and since that is a latency dependent application been serving good for my needs.
