  • Ryzen 768/1GB + 10 GB NVMe/SSD NAT LXC sounds pretty cool, different use case than the regular small NAT VPSes :)

Posting a short part of the email sent out to all NAT vps service clients...not creating unnecessary new threads.

    Dear Customers,
You are receiving this email as you have a NAT VPS service from us in any of the following locations: New York, Netherlands, Singapore.
This email is to let you know we will be moving all NAT vps services to new nodes & LXC virtualization.

In near past time, we have had issues with Openvz NAT nodes rebooting & some features stopped working randomly.

The best way to solve issues & improve stability we will be moving all NAT servers in New York, Amsterdam & Singapore locations to new NAT nodes based on LXC virtualization, dedicated hardware & improved network.
No migration for Japan node, as it continues operating normally.

    Scheduled time & information:
Since we are migrating many people to several new servers, it is hard to pinpoint exact times this will occur. The approximate schedule is:-
    New York - 27th November 2020 IST
    Amsterdam - 28th November 2020 IST
    Singapore - 29th November 2020 IST
Updates will be posted on the Status page. Otherwise, if we miss the deadline, we will update the network status page with more information & a new date as soon as possible. After initially checking the status page for your service's migration date, please check the network status page again on the day of migration for further updates.

    Other options:
Please do contact us if (1) you want to be migrated sooner, (2) you have any custom requests, or (3) you want to request a pro-rated refund in account credits and early cancellation. We will try our best to accommodate you.
