Oh boy. Now I see the real reason why you moved here.
Sad that I don't see any of the anime kind...

Yeah, I was actually really impressed with HostCram's KVM-3C. I've been idling one for 4.5 months and it's very impressive (GB5: 1670, 4190) but I'll probably let it expire in another 1.5 months because I've really not used it for anything worthwhile at all.

I did think of picking up almost the same thing at $60 for a year, as I'm paying $21 per quarter (for 69GB SSD rather than 30GB), but then I realised I'll just end up idling that too, so I might as well let it go and then pay whatever price he's asking at the point I actually need it for something.

I'm also thinking that if I slowly let go of all my larger idlers I can justify getting a dedi to replace them.

Wow, cracking score for so little. I know what you mean I used to have a couple more that were so idle it really was just wasting money.

Ive been trying to more actively use things particularly as I’ve been doing learning web development this last year. I run a Gitea instance, which when I submit certain things I do some building server side before deploying.

This is the way. At my peak, I had stuff spread around 19 servers and a dedi, because I was cheap and buying loads of cheap things.

Currently down to 5 small yearly VPS for VPN (one of which will go when it expires in mid-2023) and two dedis. Hoping to consolidate the dedis this BF.

Ultimately my goal too. Although it will be a next year thing.

I want something semi decent with raid to replace what I have with online.net (old base plan dedibox 1x1TB disk mostly just occasional iso and some other bits), but plan for now is switch to Calin’s BF deal or ultra.cc if I’m not happy. Would still end up saving over that dedibox.

I’ve a small US VPS for occasional VPN (ancient VPS Dime deal, that got an upgrade the other year), storage server with HH for access & backups (also does web server, wiki, Gitea instance, and occasional builds of eleventy based static site), a 3 year old InceptionHosting deal originally used for Minecraft, now Mastodon … invoice due soon i want to retire for something else but not able to do a switch yet.

And I want something cheap but powerful enough to run a Valheim private server (considering liteserver for that).

Longer term I also want to go back to self hosting email, and just use MXRoute for outbound.

If I had the money I’d have sprung for that 10TB storage box from HostHatch.

As much as I love anime, anime tiddies will never compete with real tiddies (or real fake tiddies).

No idea it was way way back. Thought I was just logged out for a minute until the warnings hit me. Then I was like wtf the ban then the warnings that's ass backwards. Then the warnings all disappeared as well I have no clue what happened to be honest.

If I don't like it, I should move on.

Can't blame ya. Even though I've prolly never been there in the "golden times" but I still kinda get whatcha mean.

@Nekki said: Weeb, tell me you're watching Chainsaw Man and Akiba Maid War?

You bet I freakin' do! I've completely caught up with Chainsaw Man, but I'm still on EP2 of Akiba Maid War.
I'll never be able erase that puke kiss scene from my mind.

Other than those I'm also watching Urusei Yatsura (both the remake and the original), Spy X Family, Blue Lock, The Eminence in Shadow, Fumetsu no Anata e,Tensei Shitara Ken Deshita

This season is the best I've seen so far, so many great anime

    How is Blue Lock?
    better than inazuma eleven?

  • "I would have gotten away with it too, if it wasn't for that meddling Frankz and Mason!!"

  • I am proud of the self control I've shown this time around lol

Just bought adguard from stacksocial. Only thing that I really wanted was the $6 machine from @Advin but the chess really threw me off

Hope everyone got what they were looking for!
