    Before anything, just curious, what happened to Fiberia?

    Did you just let it die/deadpool and not communicate anything to your customers or the communities?

    At that time we don't have /forget to backup fiberia. And then the the server crashed and we lost all data including client's profile and vps ids as well

    So we failed to re-create the services

    It's doesn't matter if clients paid only $2.5 a month or $100 a month. It's their loss and we are fully responsible for that.

    If you or anyone was our client on fiberia kindly provide your invoice or email (If you still have) or just provide us your last invoice number.

    We will definitely arrange something. Either we will issue full refund of your last payment or will credit $5 on our onevirt.com website which you can use.

    Again, It was us who is completely responsible for that disaster..

    Also: Please use only a proper FQDN domain name to order and do not use something like ABCXYZ but only abcxyz.com. otherwise we will simply mark it as fraud and will lock the account forever. You know it's a free service so we cannot use our resources to tell everyone every time the same thing that you need to use a proper domain and no VPN
