Need help with DA panel and wildcard domain

I'm quite new with DA panel.
i'm trying to make one of my domain into a WP multisite.

WP has been set to multisite on the get go, and i have added the subdomain site (i.g subd.web.com)
On DA panel
I have disabled domain redirection, and add "* 3600 A 123.123.123.12" in DNS management.
it has been a few days since i edited the dns record, and i still cant access the subdomain site.
In my other hosting (on Cpanel) this does the trick.

am i missing something in DA panel?

    Have you added subdomain on your DA panel as well (Sub-Domains Setup)? And what does dig subdomain.yourdomain.com return?

    Try adding the DNS record for the subdomain itself instead of wildcard?

    Yeah i did that to. waited a day or two, did not work.

    may be @SmallWeb can help me with this.
