Nyr OpenVPN warrior installer issue

Good day.
I'm having an issue with @Nyr warrior installer with fresh VPS on Ubuntu 18. I ran "touch /option.netfilter "and the file got renamed to netfilter.enabled, but there's still this message:
Unable to initialize the iptables/netfilter NAT table, setup can't continue.

If you are getting this message on any other provider, ask them for support.
It used to work fine after the "touch" command, but now it doesn't work again. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get it working?

Did you stop/start the VPS from Solus?

I rebooted, yes. Start/stopped just a second ago to make sure. Same issue.
thats otherwise the first step to do after changes are applied to the VPS.
1. change the config.
2. stop the VPS
3. start the VPS

Yes, I was getting same issue on Debian, UK. I reinstalled to CentOs & it solved.

The location is Netherlands.

Ok so I found the issue
Solution:
apt-get install iptables.You don't have that issue on centos because it cant be separated from the minimal app set without causing dependency issues.
When I make minimal templates... i make minimal templates

That's really minimal indeed, first time I've seen a template without iptables.

I am now facing the same error message with a non-NAT, OpenVZ7 VPS with InceptionHosting. Fresh Debian 9 install, iptables installed, TUN/TAP activated, server stopped and started. Same error message. Any ideas, folks?

@Amitz you create the file and the vps will reboot.
