Vserver.site is okay, however the nodes are quite loaded including the network, like Virmach.
Depending on the application it may be fine or not.

I wanted to buy your IX VM, however as @Neoon said, the jitter seems to be very high + the speed on your your dus looking glass seems to be low, it drops to bellow 100 mbit/s! (tested from Hetzner, routed though LWLcom)

Spain is shitty connected, means Spain traffic goes direct, rest via Frankfurt.
UK seems to be fine, however there is added latency, compared to other local UK providers.
Germany is behind Frankfurt in their own DC, additional Latency, but since this server very close to Frankfurt the connection is fine.
Can't tell about US.
For Frankfurt its one of the cheapest yearlies you have available right now.
