(Quote) Yes, it was allocating public IPv6 address to NAT VM's. Same case was that it worked fine after some pings & traceroute from NAT container, but will not work otherwise. disabling ebtables fixed the issue for me. :)

Maybe try disabling ebtables for your VPS once, power off & restart the VM. I had a slightly similar case earlier.
