The good one
Will try it since those vms are based on xcp-ng (xenserver) which is a bit more picky about drivers than standard xen but from the looks of it it seems it must work for Linux with no issues ( for windows for sure it needs to uninstall the kvm drivers and install xcp-ng drivers)
very interesting way
probably just install the virtio drivers pre-migration and windows should sort itself out I imagine, perhaps set the drivers to ide and e1000 pre-migration on the source for extra compatibility initially.
