Going to test self-hosted Matomo (previously known as Piwik) as the Vanilla statistics are not reliable.
Adding the Javascript code right after this post is made.
This announcement/post can now be put to rest. All planned infra changes are now complete.
To recap, the following items have all been completed and tested:
Migrating LES Forum to new VPS @ Hetzner Cloud
Migrating LES Blog to new VPS @ Hetzner Cloud
Change LES Blog CMS (Grav -> Wordpress) and migrate existing articles
Migrating email hosting to new provider (Amazon SES & Mailcheap)
Rebuild development/staging environment
Create a support system for tickets/helpdesk (HESK)
The support site has just gone live last night (added a link to the nav bar), so we'll be using that for support requests moving forward (things like provider tag requests, account issues, etc.) rather than relying on PMs as they tend to fall through the cracks that way. Will be updating the rules/various places that say to PM one of us to reflect the change of using the support site instead.
Cheers and thanks for everyone's patience during the maintenance/transition period!
