Looks like it's gonna be another year where I'm glad not to cancel all of my 2019/20/21 BF Specials. :|

I could not agree more. I kept 15 old BF VirBot deals again this year, and I picked up one new one during this sale. I don't need all of the old ones but I figure I will pass them on to somebody else when VirMach gets caught up and transfers are a thing again. They are just too good to let go.

  • Is it my imagination or is the bot much slower to turn over deals this year than last?

IIRC VirMach said it was done that way on purpose.

If you did not get an answer to a priority ticket within 30 minutes I would be very surprised.
Of course I have never filled out a priority ticket so I really don't know.

    $18.68 /yr

    KVM – 1 GIGABIT
    1976MB DDR4 RAM
    3 vCORE (RYZEN 3.4GHz+)
    35GB SSD (NVMe)
    3584GB MONTHLY DATA

Swap a vCore for an IP then near perfect - I'd risk for a migration to SEA ;)

I snagged one of these. Seems to have been almost instant provisioning as well.
Looking forward to test this when family/christmas stuff gets less time consuming ... ;)

Seems it charged my PayPal twice, though ... What's the correct/best way to fix that?
(Can't really try to go back and dig through such a huge thread/topic as this ...) :p

Only way is to hope that your service is auto extended by another year. :)

I am sure it should be auto sorted

The second payment should end up as account credit. If that does not happen after a week or so comment here with invoice # and both PayPal transaction ids or if you did not want to wait fill out a billing ticket with the same info. I would also suggest trying to make it clear in the title of the ticket that it was regarding a double billing issue.

@FrankZ thanks for the thread update. I just noticed it for the first time for some reason, not sure how long it's been like that. I'm going to send out our promo email to help bring customers to LES as well, and bringing back the BF customizer ( @Flying_Chinaman ) and BF specials in a couple hours and/or minutes.

This most likely means some easter egg or manual flash offers, maybe, maybe not. Or more manual offers.
