I just checked it out on my end and it seems this was changed from the redeploy button that used to be there. Sorry for the bad info.
I guess you just need to follow the instructions on the card that pops up at least up to the point of actually submitting the ticket and see if that fixes things.

Can you get in via VNC but just do not have any networking ?
What O/S are you using ?
Do you consider yourself a networking expert or a networking noob ?
