Afaict we are unlikely to see 72F3 at the low end. They are expensive and power hungry cpu's whose main purpose is to get the most value from expensive "enterprise" software that is licensed per core. They are a win if the added hardware and power expenditures are less than the license savings. But in the low end world, we don't use software like that.
