I think it was all a joke to be fair mate May be mistaken, maybe @Amadex see's a post-summer gap in the market?
i do not know - if he think it serious.. (only in such cases are better recommendations how to do it better, than recommendations "don't do it")
@Amadex
IMHO First of all i would be resolving question FROM WHERE I WILL TAKE CUSTOMERS and calculations (what prices and plans i wanna offer them for what prices, may be these prices attractive/competitive when i take in account competition? => my chance get customers, how much customers i need get to make my monthly running profitable? from where i wanna take customers? only WBH forums => limited amount, small audience + competition is there very strong (u cannot fight with prices of GCVPS or HH, too you cannot fight technically with highly skilled providers like Liteserver, Fran etc..).. from SE? then i need good website +seo etc... (several times more important than Epyc server that will be without customers only idling))
All other then (is not so problem reg company, set up customer portal + website and CP/hosting panel, but if first mentioned you have not resolved, then all other imo is building house from roof)
If are money problem or uncertain thing (or i do not know your technical skill level and experience - this is too not so easy without them), too i would be more aware and rather try begin on VPSes that on the blind with dedicated servers, keep in the mind than buy army of servers is one of most easy things, but make them profitable is one of most hardest then (you must not only be able target customers and audience but too be able attract them and make decide him to go to you instead competitors). This are only my idea on your idea and my angle of view / how i would be thinking
I don't think that starting a hosting company is a good idea. Too much trouble dealing with tickets and technical problems.
My suggestion is to use your 10K to buy an existing service and put your money to extend them.
Take a look at Flippa marketplace. https://flippa.com/
There are plenty of apps, website, saas.

Any advices where to form cheaply a company with low taxes + biz bank acc outside of EU?
Setup a LLC in US. I use https://www.firstbase.io/ service to do everything. Got a Mercury bank. Taxes are also handled by Firstbase partners.
Thanks for this US based.
What about taxes in UK? Are they high for "remote non-uk citizens"? Do I need to pay healthcare if I'm not residing there etc.?
Currently I'm migrating my existing clients to one node. France + Croatia (coming soon) servers for now. My target market is not low-end. I would rather give someone a VPS for free than do deal with chargebacks for 3$ .

Never seek LowEndTaxAdvice - lol but I think the previous post was misguided in the 50k thing! Honestly, call an accountant here and have a proper conversation with them! Most would be willing to consult and give real advice

Knowing T-Mobile their pricing is usually insane.
Have you considered Hetzner? EX and AX product lines are quite affordable.
edit: I am reading the T-Mobile HR prices...
Is it colo 66.43EUR/month per 120W, 1 unit and 10Mbps speed? 🤔
rack colo 1595.12EUR/month 3kW rack, 50Mbps speed...

And no, you don't have to pay insurance nor pension
Due to VAT moss as long as your digital sales to EU are less than £8,818 and your total sales (including these digital sales) are less than £85k then this is correct.
Otherwise you are wrong
You forget that if you habe sales above 10k/year€ to EU you need to register for MoSS and pay the VaT % of the country where your customer is from.
This still applies after brexit.
As ltd in UK you have to register for MoSS in one of the EU member states and EU Companies had to register for VAT In UK
Also depending on your country you need to fill out a form and report them that you own a entity abroad.
For domain registrations, create an account at Dynadot (ref) and spend $9.99 within 48 hours to receive $5 DynaDollars! Looking for cost-effective Managed/Anycast/DDoS-Protected/Geo DNS Services? Try ClouDNS (aff).

I am not seeing where that page says that 50k would be tax free - it's only saying that the 25 % corporation tax rate applies for companies with profits above 50k (19 % would still apply for those below that threshold). And this is, of course, just corporation tax, you will still be taxed (in your country of residence) for any money you want to take out of that company (as a salary or dividends or whatever).
Maybe you can swing 50k in tax deductible expenses, I don’t know 😉
Is OnePoundMail registered as a Limited( Ltd.) or as a solo entrepreneur (if that exists in the UK)?
Regardless, if @MichaelCee says there is no 50k tax free he'd probably know
Btw. @MichaelCee : You might wanna replace your Google Fonts in the index.html with BunnyFonts for GDPR reasons
The Bunny Fonts platform is fully compatible drop-in replacement for the Google Fonts V1 API, allowing for a seamless transition to our GDPR-compliant platform.

My brands are just trading names of my own sole entity right now (maybe forever). When I first started in the industry there was a major misconception that you had to be incorporated to get business. It helps but there are plenty of well known sole traders growing businesses.

There’s no 50k tax free. I’ve paid the (previously) 20% rate on even £100.
