Serbian (.rs) domain registrar (and apparently DNS) is under a DDoS attack

Many .rs domain websites are down.
Or up-down-up-down today.
Emails seem to be working OK-ish.

According to the Serbian domain authority
https://www.rnids.rs/
the problem is caused by a DDoS attack.

I've got no confirmed, nor detailed info, apart from the fact that the outages are really happening.
