This is why I explicitly avoids VPSes for things where it's counts (e.g. game servers). Hell someone could place you in a Ryzen 7000 without a hitch for $3/month for example. But you get crap from it whereas a Dual E5 2680v4 provider might get you more of the CPU sharing abilities for that same $3/month.

All you can really do is try to get a reasonably priced VPS for what it is and hope for the best. Otherwise your best going full dedicated. At least you know you are not sharing a socket, drives, etc.

I left the "Low End VPS's", instead for the same price of renewing them, I've bought a dedicated server and installed Proxmox.

Well that totally depends on what they're used for.

In this particular situation, you now have a SPOF

but i always stepped back because i fear, i need many ipv4s which gonna be expensive.

or you just buy lowend VPS and proxy traffic?

There is no running away from lowend VPS if you poor.
