    There are some free tier or time-limited free options (e.g., Oracle Cloud, year of credit with Google/Azure/AWS). There are already v6-only or NAT offers under $10 (US) / year. You may see some BF specials that include a public IPv4 addresses as there have been many in the past, but you'll probably get what you pay for with them.
