Looking for a small dedi, in the 20eur range.

CPU in 5000 pass mark score range
RAM 8-16 GB
1gbps Network
Disk SSD >200GB
Location, preferable EU, but don't care much

Current Kimsufi Special offer of i7-4790/18.74 would be very good if it had 1gbit network.

deinserverhost.de dedicated i3 7100 is also an ideal option, but out of stock.

Any other ideas to look?

At 100mbps, the Kimsufi option you mentioned is probably your best bet - a couple of EUR more will get you up to some entry level SoYouStart choice, which bumps you up to 250mpbs.

I think Pebblehost.com has something in your range and offer 1Gbps Bandwidth.

Also you can ask andy10gbit.xyz , know reseller of Hetzner , OVH can recommend him for sure.
