I made this thread so that people can say what they want about VirMach's service. That includes the good, the bad, and the ugly. You want to say the same thing ten times, knock your socks off. I don't know how much good it will do, but go right ahead and say it.
Where I am drawing the line, for both sides, is personal attacks. The people who think VirMach is the worst host in the world can voice that, but let us try to reasonable in how we express that. If you attack a subject that is fine. If you attack on a personal level I am getting less comfortable with that as time goes on. This also goes for the people that think VirMach is ok as well. Let's stop attacking the people that don't, no matter how wrong you may think they are. We are all members of the same community let's figure out a way to act civil to each other even if we don't agree on this particular subject.

It's been like this since I paid for it, it's been bad since I bought it, it's been 20 days today and it's always been bad and not working.
Please stop spamming this every day. It is not going to get you fast attention.
What is spam? You tell me what is spam? What I'm talking about is the actual situation, how can it become spam?
Whatever term you want to use, repeatedly posting the same thing is obnoxious and unhelpful.
If I keep saying nice things, you won't be disgusted, will you?
True. This is because a positive attitude is usually more productive.
Toxicity may be productive just for the current moment, but never for long term. Keep on spamming though; you're on the right track for finding out the meaning of "end is nigh" prophecy.
"This is because a positive attitude is usually more productive."
By positive attitude, you mean that a direct and objective response to the problem is not resolved, but must also have to also say Virmach good?
The problem is that Virmach's machines are really bad now, there are a lot of bad ones. The customer's patience has long since worn out in over 20 days of waiting.
I tell you what, no matter what the attitude is now, it won't help solve the problem. Do you know why? Because so many, such a large number of issues that have not been dealt with after such a long time shows that Virmach simply does not have the capacity to deal with them right now. The technology and the manpower are not up to it. Therefore, whether my attitude is positive or negative, it will not enable Virmach to solve this problem.
If this is the case, why can't I speak up about the objective problems that exist?
So you want to be a dick, I get it. You want to be that guy who spams and then has rights to justify spam with attitude.
If you don't like a provider, ask for refund from bank, or whatever payment processor you used, and be done with it. But for the love of our infinite universe: don't spam! State your review on specialised websites (like Trustpilot) if it makes you feel more comfortable, but stop spamming and spreading toxicity. For your shitty and lousy few dollars you want to create chaos within an environment where people understand how Virmach works and how extremely low-end his offers are.
I understand, you don't like Virmach because you have higher expectations. Get your refund, leave your review (once! just once!) and be done with it. Move on. Snap out of it.

I just objectively stated the problems that do exist in virmach, why would you say “dick”?You mean that anyone who buys Virmach is a dick?
You mean that users can only say good things about Virmach, but not bad things about Virmach, The customer can't even say that there is an objective problem, otherwise the customer is dick?
I'm not spamming or spreading malicious content, I'm talking about a real problem with Virmach. I'm talking about objective facts.

Are they considered the same thing or different things?
Anything that would achieve the same end results had only one been created. That would achieve different results with both created versus one, so they would not be considered the same thing.

@VirMach I need your help... my account was flagged by the system for unknown reasons during Black Friday period, and the ticket has also been closed by the system and cannot reopen. I can not order or open new ticket now...
Ticket #221821
Please help to lift the restriction and restore the order and ticket function, I would be greatly appreciated.

It's less than a dozen customers and it's not an issue with the service.
@JamesLebron said: The problem is that Virmach's machines are really bad now, there are a lot of bad ones.
It's less to do with the hardware at this point than it does with the kernel, virtualization, and certain user behavior or events. Which is probably worse and way more complex to resolve.

Ok, since you insist on putting the ticket number in, I am going to leave it there. The reason for my action was since this was your first comment here at LES I was just trying to save you from being marked as a problematic customer by VirMach.
If you come here in the future complaining that VirMach has treated you unfairly because of this, I will remind you that it was your own fault, and retire your account. You have been warned.
My IPv6 request ticket got auto merged with 11 core typo flash sale ticket created by Virmach with most recent comment pushing down question about refund/alternatives. Hopefully that is ok

That'd be okay, it shouldn't have been merged if it's as described. You'll find out soon anyway, still working on these.

How many accounts do you have, and how many tickets about the same thing?
1 main account (purchased a lot of services in the past two years),
1 account that will be abandoned soon (Waiting for last 1 service to expire, but it should not be the reason for the flagged, because it was normal in the past few years..)
2 ticket, which have been merged but closed and can not reply, I need your assistance

I noticed that 3 IPv6 request tickets for 3 VPSs have been merged. If I am not in a hurry to request this, e.g. using IPv6 Tunnel Broker for now, should I close the ticket? https://i.imgur.com/FjDe9cZ.png

If it has “ FLASH-SPECIAL-CREATING” in the service name then no action is required. Automation is being worked on to flush and provision those stuck orders

Best thing you can do if you want to be helpful is to close that and then create 3 new separate requests if it lets you. Otherwise we'll split them off ourselves.

If you're already flagged problematic, whether or not the merge was correct it will just be closed as there's already a high indicator for previous negative behavior (same with multiple account and merged.)
