I contemplated disallowing this. Overall, I don't have a problem with it if they are active here. Realistically, I don't think the cost will be worth it to ship a server like this to a foreign country in most cases. Even domestic, will probably cost ~$45-60 USD.

I will thank @Not_Oles for taking the time to educate me on the differences/background between the sites as at first I couldn't tell exactly what it was until I had the missing background info filled in.
